Lots of pictures of the guy in the light red hat. Who is he? Owner? Employee? 
He was actually an employee. I don’t speak very good Spanish (I am actually terrible at it) and he didn’t know english. I chose to focus on him because we would joke and have fun in our own bunk ass way of communicating with one another. These guys don’t get their photos taken very often and so I thought it would be fun!

Are these work horses? What exactly are they prepping for? 
The Las Torres hotel actually offers excursions everyday for their guests to go on. You can either go on hikes or horse rides. Each morning + night half the horses will go to the open field to rest while the others go on the excursions, then they switch. The horses absolutely love it.

Is this a public or private horse farm? I want to visit!  
You absolutely need to visit! This is a private horse farm attached to the hotel and has local guachos who take care of them.
